Chief Managing Director – Mr. Praful Detroja has flawlessly taken in on the responsibilities and challenges that have come his way. As one of the decision makers all his choices and practice implementations, he has been spot on. Every Lemit Family member admire him for his Management skills. He believes in collecting experiences and memories and going off on occasional yet quality holidays with family is his thing.

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Prakash Detroja is in-charge of managing operations at Lemit Papers, and has an assured personality backed by the extensive knowledge and experience that makes him a motivating aspect in the company’s operations cycle. When he’s not working one might probably find him in a gym sweating it out to keep himself fit for the next challenge.

Jokingly called “The Money Man”, Mr. Ravi Kundariya is the Chief Financial Officer, in-charge of all financial operation inside the structure of Lemit Papers. Managing funds, accountability or generating funds at right time, he has been an integral part of Lemit Papers success. He loves to spend time with his kids and family.
Vimal Vadsola
National Sales Director/Managing Partner
As a National Sales Director, Mr. Vimal Vadsola has deep-seated role in Lemit Papers. In charge of the Domestic Sales, he comes up with the optimum strategies that have enhanced the growth of the company. He is responsible for the ever growing network of clientele across Indian domestic market. While is serious professional force at work, he is that much more relaxed personality and constant motivator.
Narendra Dhoriyani
International Business Director/Managing Partner
As an upper tier Managing Partner & International Business Director, Mr. Narendra Dhoriyani is a motivated mind at work. His interpersonal skills are beyond account and thus have taken over the mantle of managing and improving the International Business ties for Lemit Papers. He believes in doing things “right away”. As a Sporting personality, he has taken to sport in his free time going all competitive on the badminton court.
